Chris and Julie's wedding
My lovely cuzzie Chris, and his lovely woman Julie got married on
Saturday 18th May 2002. Here are some piccies

my littlest nephew Charlie settles his pre wedding nerves with a bag of
Golden Wonder at the pub. Mum was also nervous. When Dad asked her what
she wanted to drink she said "Oooh, something strong. And a vodka".

My cuzzie Karen (Chris' sister) and me.

Mum, Me, Dad. Mum. Calm down. It's not your son getting married. Bless
her. She was more jittery than Auntie Babs. Dad couldn't get his flower
straight so he took it off. Mine was on my coat, but it was too warm to
wear it. And I looked like a "fur coat, no knickers" woman in
it. Not that it was real fur, of course.

Auntie Shirl (Mum and Babs' sister), Me, Uncle Ray. Shirl had this big
feathery thing coming off the right hand side of her hat, and when we
were in the church every time she turned her head to talk to me, the feathery
thing stuck straight in my eye. I'm surprised I can still see.

Post-pub, pre wedding. We all settled at the church and watched Julie
come in, being led by the vicar. She was very brown and hadn't even been
on honeymoon yet!

A family church shot. That's Auntie Babs in Blue, and Uncle Jeff next
to her (Chris' 2 parents), then there's Doreen (Chris' Grandma), then
there's Karen and her man Gavin, then there's the back of Charlie's head,
my middle nephew Dean (he thinks he's a car, but that's another story),
and my big sis (well, my only sis) Jennie.
