Kellee's raw transformation Searching around on the Internet one night for new diets, I found Shazzie’s raw journal detailing her experiences while transitioning to eating only raw foods. I was amazed by her determination to eat only raw foods and her before and after photos. After a week of reading every word in Shazzie’s raw journal, I had a pivotal moment in my life to change! I really connected with Shazzie’s sincerity to share every experience with who ever was reading her raw journal. I was so inspired to read how just by eating only raw foods I could change my body, mind and soul like Shazzie did. So, just like Shazzie I bought the book Nature’s First Law and was completely dedicated to NEVER eat cooked foods again. I then purchased Shazzie’s Detox Delights and started my own raw journey.
