Cambridge Evening News27th January 2007 -- The Cambridge Evening News interviewed me about raw food, Evie, and raw chocolate. It was a great article, and we spanned four pages. The recipes I made looked fab photographed by a proper photographer! They took an interesting angle this time, like you tell the journo *everything* and they decide what they want to write with all that info. This journo was lovely (I always get lovely journos, I have the best journo karma ever!) and she wrote about curing depression with raw food. Funny, I can barely remember being that old person, but I guess I was! And I did tell her I was 100% raw for four years and now aren't all raw (like about 95% if you want to count it) but I think she wrote it as she did so it wasn't confusing to readers.
