Shazzie is a TV presenter, author and CEO. She's a director of three companies, a single mum and a Visionary In Paradise.

Shazzie's TV show is called Raw Kitchen and is broadcast on Sky 281, The Active Channel. It's Europe's biggest health and fitness channel. Her show is also broadcast worldwide via The Active Channel's web site.

Shazzie is the author of five books: Shazzie's Detox Delights, Detox Your World, Naked Chocolate (co-authored with David Wolfe), Evie's Kitchen and Ecstatic Beings (co-authored with Kate Magic). Shazzie is also the Managing Director (CEO) of Rawcreation Ltd (trading online as Detox Your World). She’s also written two ebooks: the free Raw Britannia (part of her Make Raw Food Mainstream campaign) and the free Shazzie Whispers.

Over the past decade, Shazzie has presented lectures and workshops around the world at the most prestigious of places, including the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. She rarely does lectures now, prefering to spend time playing with her daughter.

Shazzie has been featured in the media (TV, radio, newspapers and magazines) worldwide discussing raw food, superfoods, detox, raw chocolate, breastfeeding, natural parenting and being a Visionary In Paradise.

Shazzie has been a vegan since 1986 and a raw foodist since 2000. She became an instant raw food superstar in 2000, when she started her world-famous blog which attracted millions of readers. That original blog is now only available in Shazzie's VIP Room, where it's been remastered with a twist. She went back ten years and coached herself. What an invaluable resource.

Shazzie’s passion is in the arts: she paints, designs and writes.

Alongside David Wolfe, she brought the concept of raw cacao to the masses, and even has her own range of six hugely popular raw organic chocolate superfood bars.

Though undoubtedly one of the most dynamic and unique businesswomen in the UK today, Shazzie thrives in the realms of shamanism, spending much time in service to others while in ceremony. Her practise is one of holding presence and space, letting go of all that doesn't serve her. Attuned to Reiki in 2000, Shazzie is a regular attendee of ayahuascha and humane kambo ceremonies. She says her relationship with iboga saved her life after the shocking death of her lover in 2008.

In 2009 Shazzie was an invited guest on the Raw Mom Summit alongside authors Byron Katie and Jean Liedloff. Also in 2009, Shazzie created her great 40th birthday giveaway, in which thousands of dollars worth of gifts were generously offered by visionaries such as Philip McCluskey, Lynne Franks, David Wolfe, Kirsty Hawkshaw, Dhrumil Purohit, Sarma Melngailis and many more. In 2007, Shazzie was one of twelve health and living food experts who participated in the Raw Food Summit providing free worldwide telecalls.

Shazzie works a maximum of ten hours a week, using the rest of her time to play, laugh, love and be. She lives the life of her dreams in her own beautiful cedar home, nestled in a countryside community of around twenty other houses on twenty-three acres of shared land in East Sussex, UK. She even manifested spring water coming out of all her taps! She raised her daughter, Evie, on a raw vegan plus breastmilk diet to the age of four. Evie, who was born in 2004, is unvaccinated and a "free range child".
