I just wanted to say thank you for your very inspiring newsletter that I recently subscribed to. I was having the urge to go back to my old habits of eating because the weather is getting cooler here in California. After reading two of your newsletters I feel motivated to stay on track with my health. I have had so many health scares already. Why would I test life once again. I should test myself to see how dedicated I am to creating a beautifully soulful and high spirited body. Whenever I eat raw I feel beautiful. When ever I eat cooked food I feel ugly. The choice is simple I would say.
