Shazzie is a mummy
I have this little daughter Evie. She is tall and very funny.
Evie thinks all wars should be replaced by snogging contests. I think she's right.
I breastfed Evie until she was four because full-term breastfeeding can set a child up for life. She's a free range child and goes to a Froebel school. She's a paradox, like me. She loves to roll around in mud with high heels and nail varnish. We just like to experience all that life has to offer.
This little darling was my best lesson in unconditional love.
She's the reason I don't work full time, the reason I chose to work much smarter and much less harder. I want to be the best mummy possible to her.

I wrote a book about Evie, and the food she ate from birth to four. Predictably, it's called Evie's Kitchen. It explains how to raise a child on raw food, vegan food and superfoods successfully. It fills in the nutritional blanks like no other book ever has. And it's got about 160 full colour delicious recipes in it, which just happen to be great for adults, too.
