I found it all very easy to follow and your instructions on how to use various pieces of kitchen machinery was invaluable as I have never used a Champion, Vitamix or dehydrator and have often wondered what they looked like and did! All of your dishes looked so amazingly delicious and were really pleasing to the eye. I especially loved the look of the crudités and tahini dips, the ratatouille, the seed-style bread, and the soup!
